Refund policy

Credits are non-refundable

When you buy a credit pack, the credits are added to your account immediately and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. There is no time pressure, your credits do not expire, so you can use them whenever you are ready, but once a pack is purchased that payment is final.

• Credit packs, once purchased, cannot be refunded.
• Credits do not expire and remain on your account until used.
• Academy course bundles are non-refundable once access has been granted.
• This does not affect your legal rights where they apply.

If something has gone wrong with a purchase, for example you were charged twice or there was a technical error, contact us at info@signpostportal.com and we will put it right.

At checkout for a credit pack you confirm: “I understand credits are non-refundable once purchased.”
