Is it really free to list?+
Yes. Listing your house and rooms costs nothing and there is no limit on how many you publish.
When do I pay for a placement?+
Seven days after the resident moves in. Listing and enquiries cost nothing before that.
What is the difference between £225 and £275?+
£225 is when you run the viewing yourself. £275 is when a Signpost team member runs it for you.
Do I need SAoS to list?+
No. SAoS is optional. Plenty of providers list with us and run their own systems.
What is the Founding 50?+
