How credits work
Credits are how you pay for actions on Signpost. No subscription, no surprises. You hold a balance and spend it only when you take an action. One credit is £1. You buy credits in packs, and bigger packs include bonus credits.

Good to know
- Your balance never expires, buy now and use whenever.
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased (see the refund policy).
- You can top up any time from your dashboard. If you try an action and you are short, we prompt you to top up and take you straight back to finish.
- We warn you by email and in app when you are running low (at 20 credits or fewer).
